During the last years of his life, Tchaikovsky was interviewed several
times.
I never found an interview with him.

There are seven known interviews with Tchaikovsky dating from
1891–93, of which four have been published in English in Alexander
Poznansky's book Tchaikovsky Through Others' Eyes (1999). I'll see
about adding more details of the interviews to the web-site (and perhaps
some complete texts).
Incidentaly, there is a lot of work going on 'behind the
scenes' to enhance the web-site, and hopefully the fruits of these labours
will become apparent early in 2009...
