Hello,
I recently found a rarely performed piece of music for orchestra and
chorus by Tchaikovsky, its' called, "At Bedtime - Falling Asleep". Does
anyone know where I can get the lyrics to this beautiful piece?
Thanks,
Michael Svoboda
At Bedtime was a
student piece which Tchaikovsky set first for unaccompanied voices, and
soon afterwards revised for voices with orchestra. Some years later he set
the same text by Nikolay Ogarev in No. 1 of the Six Romances and Songs
(Op. 27). The original Russian and a Cyrillic translation can be found on the
Lied and Art Songs Text Page at:

Hope this helps,
