Antwerp
Antwerp (Antwerpen), is the capital city of Antwerp province, in the Flemish (Vlaanderen) region of Belgium.
Tchaikovsky stayed briefly in Antwerp from 17/29 July–19/31 July 1861, as
part of his first summer holiday outside Russia. He reported that it did not
make "a particularly favourable impression". [1]
